Recordings of the Classes are meant to be used only by the student who purchases the classes or enrolls for the classes & J and C Language School reserves the right to take necessary legal actions if the recordings of the classes are shared with anyone without written permission from J and C Language School.
 

Only the student who enrolls in the class is allowed to attend In the event that someone else attends the classes without J and C Language School’s prior written consent, J and C Language School reserves the right to take the necessary legal action.

Students have no entitlement to provide, sell or loan any material, assets, workbooks, notes etc provided to them, to a third If any student finds out about sharing the ID & password, study materials or the recordings of the classes with other students then his/her classes will be blocked.
 

The Institution shall have no responsibility for any loss or damage caused to the tablet or any other hardware and/or software and/or instrument, including loss of data or effect on the processing speed, resulting from Your use of our products and Your use of our products and services provided herein is solely for your personal and non-commercial use. Any use of our content other than for personal purposes is Your personal and non-commercial use of our services shall be subjected to the following restrictions:
 

You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the contents of the Google drive link given by J and C and/or our products, or remove any copyright, trademark registration, or other proprietary notices from the contents of the Google drive given by J and C and/or our products. You will not (a) use our product or service for commercial purposes of any kind, or (b) advertise or sell any products, services or otherwise (whether or not for profit), or solicit others (including, without limitation, solicitations for contributions or donations) or use any public forum for commercial purposes of any kind, or (c) use the Google drive given by J and C and/or our products and services in any way that is unlawful, or harms J and C Language School or any other person or entity as determined by J and C Language School.
 

We may also contact the user through SMS, email and call to give notifications on various important updates. Therefore, J and C Language School is non-liable to any liabilities including financial penalties, damages, and expenses in case the user’s mobile number is registered with the Do Not Call (DNC) database.
 

The institution may use testimonials/photographs/results of the examinations of candidates provided to J and C Language School for advertisement, Marketing/PR Before using them, no permission is required.
 

If the number of students in a batch slip is below 10, the Institution reserves the right to merge the batch with another one of the same level or postpone/cancel

The Institution reserves the right to reschedule any class/course in exceptional Please note that classes are not held on a selected public holiday (these will be announced well in advance).
 

In case of harassment of staff or fellow students, the Institution reserves the right to expel the student without refunding their fees and the right to launch other criminal proceedings as well as civil proceedings against the COMMUNICATION TO THE STUDENTS
 

1. Communication regarding changes in specifications of services provided and changes in Student’s Rules will be intimated through the website www.jandclanguageschool.in
 

2. If there is any class cancellation or change in the schedule of the program, students shall be informed by mail/SMS/through the J and C Language School website.
 

3. Students are responsible to check for updates from time to time.
 

4. It is recommended that student must attend all the sessions. The student must give a proper reason for any absence. Students must be punctual for all sessions and have a minimum of 80% attendance to be eligible to appear for the examination conducted at the end of every level. A certificate of completion will be given only when a student passes the test with 50 % marks in aggregate.
 

5. If students are late for class without a valid reason will not be permitted to enter the class. This is to avoid any disruption in the classroom. The Institution reserves the right to cancel a class if no student is present 20 minutes after the scheduled start time.
 

6. If classes are cancelled due to the unplanned absences of instructors, the Instructor will make up the cancelled classes later.
 

7. If an instructor feels that a student has been placed at an incorrect level, they may recommend that the student be transferred to a course that is at an appropriate level. All level changes take place within the first 6 hours of tuition.
 

8. Progress from one level to the next will depend on the student’s overall performance and the marks of the examination, which will be taken at the end of each level.
 

9. The Institution reserves the right to ask students to leave the class for inappropriate behaviour.
 

10. A Student and Instructor must keep their video on throughout class time. As it’s important to demonstrate that you’re paying attention, making sessions more interactive. If the Instructor finds out the student with video off without informing/giving him a valid reason, He has the right to disconnect the student from the meeting.
 

11. New students with prior knowledge of the language will be given a short assessment of their current level via orientation test to ensure they are assigned to an appropriate group. Assessments are done via video interview via Zoom/WhatsApp usually.
The institution will arrange this once you apply for an orientation test.
 

COMMUNICATION TO THE EMPLOYEE

Business development managers or associates are entitled to receive either 10% of the income generated or 40% of their fixed compensation, whichever is higher if they are unable to carry out their responsibilities adequately or meet their sales targets given by the institution. This offer and your employment with the Institution are contingent upon you successfully meeting the targets & goals given by the Institution. Failing which, the Institution may, in its sole discretion, elect to terminate or suspend your employment immediately. In the aforementioned scenario, the candidate will receive half of the compensation calculated by the institution within 24 hours of the salary date, and the remaining balance will be paid between 48 and 58 days thereafter.
 

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
 

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
